OnePlus 13 global variant spotted on Wireless Power Consortium: shows disappointing wireless charging speed

OnePlus is set to bring its flagship device, the OnePlus 13, to the global market next month, following its successful launch in China on October 31st. Ahead of the international release, a listing on the Wireless Power Consortium certification website has surfaced, revealing new details about the global variant of the device. The listing reveals that the OnePlus 13 will support wireless charging.

Details from the Wireless Power Consortium

The certification details reveal that the OnePlus 13 will be launched in three models globally, identified by the model numbers CPH2649, CPH2653, and CPH2655. One of the key takeaways from the listing is that the device will support a maximum of 11W wireless charging speed.

While the Chinese version of the OnePlus 13 supports up to an impressive 50W wireless charging, it is expected that the global variant will retain this high-speed charging capability, though confirmation of the exact charging wattage is still pending. This move indicates OnePlus’ commitment to providing top-tier charging performance across all markets.

More details about OnePlus 13

As the global launch draws closer, more details about the OnePlus 13 have come to light. The phone will be available in three color options: Midnight Ocean, Black Eclipse, and Arctic Dawn, with the latter being the same White variant featured in China. The Arctic Dawn color, in particular, has been highly anticipated for its sleek, premium look.

Teasers from OnePlus further reveal key design features—an alert slider on the left side, and the usual power and volume buttons on the right.

The circular camera module will house a 50MP triple-camera setup—LYT-808 main sensor, LYT-600 3x periscope telephoto, and an ultrawide—tuned in partnership with Hasselblad.

As for the performance, the phone packs the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, which is backed by a 6000mAh battery and a massive 9925mm² VC chamber. This combination offers a significant improvement in gaming performance as compared to the OnePlus 12.

On the front, the OnePlus 13 sports a 6.82″ LTPO AMOLED display, and the Chinese version reaches 1600 nits in HBM and a peak brightness of 4500 nits.
